I recently came across an article from The Association for Talent Development about Compliance Training. It does a great job of explaining why training and testing need to personalized. Here at Servicing Solutions, we agree. The more we tie all components of learning to what the learner knows and focus on the why – why it’s important to them, the company and the customer – there is a better chance that behavior will change and the training will have more of an impact.
