At your option, you may opt in to receiving mobile text message alerts. These are text alerts that provide a secure and easy way to receive information about your loan serviced by Servicing Solutions.

You can sign up for Servicing Solutions Alerts by texting 86135 to the five-digit U.S. short code 86135.
Servicing Solutions Text Alerts are optional and is a recurring message program. You may opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required.
Cost
Servicing Solutions will not charge you when you send a text message to the five-digit U.S. short code86135 or when a response is sent to you. However, please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and wireless plan.

This program is supported by Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. Products & services are compatible with AT&T handsets.
Opt Out
f you wish to stop receiving text messages from Servicing Solutions you may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the five-digit U.S. short code 86135 or by email at 86135. When we receive your request to opt out we will remove your cellular telephone or mobile device number from the text alert system and will send a final confirmation message to you. No further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device unless you choose, in the future, to opt in and request them again.
