By successfully completing the Systems and Organization Controls audit certification, Servicing Solutions has demonstrated over time that it implements the necessary processes and controls required to maintain compliance and conduct loan servicing in a manner that mitigates compliance, technological , organizational and operations risk. The certification report evidences a strong control environment, management philosophy, operating style and organizational structure. Furthermore, it points to the the appropriate assignment of authority and responsibility, training, monitoring, information and communication, as well as an unwavering commitment to competence.
